Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Beats After School Program Inc. Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling your child.
Enrollment: Enrollment in the Beats After School Program Inc. ("the Program") is open to children ages 7-16. All enrollments are subject to availability and the completion of all necessary forms and consent by a parent or guardian.
Fees and Payments: All fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
a. Enrollment Fee: An enrollment fee is due at the time of registration for each student. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs associated with setting up the student's account and processing their registration.
b. Program Fee: The program fee, which is included in the enrollment fee, covers all costs associated with participation in the program, including but not limited to instructional materials, use of facilities, and participation in special events. The program fee is due in full by the first day of the program unless a payment plan has been arranged and approved by the Beats After School Program Inc. management.
c. Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available upon request and approval. If a payment plan is approved, the parent/guardian agrees to adhere to the payment schedule. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the student's removal from the program.
d. Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee. Continued failure to pay may result in the student being excluded from the program.
e. Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except in cases where the program is cancelled by the Beats After School Program Inc. In the event of such cancellation, prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the program.
f. Financial Assistance: Financial assistance may be available for qualifying families. Please contact our office for more information.
Conduct: All students are expected to follow the Program's code of conduct, which promotes respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Failure to abide may result in expulsion from the Program.
Liability: The Program is not responsible for any personal items brought by the student that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.
Medical Consent: In case of medical emergency, the parent/guardian authorizes the Program to arrange necessary medical treatment for the student.
Photo and Video Consent: The Program may take photos or videos of participants for promotional and educational purposes. Consent is assumed unless otherwise stated in writing by the parent/guardian.
Data Protection: The Program will manage and protect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Program Changes: The Program reserves the right to change or cancel any part of its schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Termination: The Program reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student for breach of these Terms.
By enrolling in the Beats After School Program Inc., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.
