Statement of Accessibility

Beats After School Program Inc. is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment for all of our students, their families, and members of our community. We believe that every individual has the right to experience and learn from our programs, regardless of ability.

Our commitment to accessibility includes:

Physical Accessibility: Our facilities are designed to be wheelchair accessible, including classrooms, restrooms, and performance spaces.

Programmatic Accessibility: We offer a variety of learning materials and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. If a student requires additional support, we will work with families and educators to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Digital Accessibility: Our website and digital resources comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, ensuring they are accessible to all, including those who use assistive technologies.

Communication Accessibility: We are committed to effective communication with all members of our community. Information about our program is available in large print and digital formats. Sign language interpreters or captioning are available upon request.

Financial Accessibility: We believe that financial constraints should not be a barrier to participation. As such, we offer a variety of scholarship opportunities to ensure all children can partake in our program.

Please let us know if you encounter any accessibility issues or have suggestions for how we can improve. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can fully participate in and benefit from our program.

For any accessibility concerns or requests, please contact us at info@thebeatsway.org

Your involvement and success in our program matter to us, and we are committed to making your experience at Beats After School Program Inc. an inclusive and accessible one.
